Studio shoots can be booked by models, actors, musicians, or anyone desiring a portrait session.
Multiple models may book a shoot together (Add 20% per person).

Each LOOK is either a wardrobe change, makeup/hair, background setting or lighting change.
Select from as many as 30 image proofs for each hour of studio time.

Standard Delivery: Proofs and Web-images are ready to view within 48 hours.
Web-images may be downloaded from the photographer at 500px or 600px, and may be used for promotional use on your website.
All images are non-transferable, and may not be re-branded or re-sold without permission.
High resolution image files and prints are made available for purchase through mikewhitephoto.com. Please visit a sample gallery or inquire about prices.

Final Images:

All images are available for download the same day they are edited.
FILE FORMATS:PROOFS are small non-downloadable images used to preview and make your final selections. You may view your PROOF images in a private-access web gallery for up to 30 days. |
PRINT EDITS are final retouched master images, edited at the highest PRINT resolution possible. Print edits may be used for Composite Comp Cards, Zed Cards, or Portfolio Prints. |
WEB EDITS are branded 500px JPG's included with each retouched image (great for MySpace). |
RAW files are 16 bit digital camera masters. Just like film negatives, they must be developed and exported before they can be used. RAW files are never included with any job. |
UNEDITED images have been exported from RAW files, but have not gone through any retouching. Unedited images may be sent directly to your design agency for further retouching. |
MODELS: Additional FULLY EDITED Portfolio Images for Print & Web. Files are available for download. |

How To Book A Shoot:
Introductions:
There's always questions, so let's discuss your shoot. For starts, you can call and introduce yourself. Even better, email me the following and then let's talk: Reference photos, links to your site, what the photos will be used for, and what style you're interested in.
Reserve a Time:
Appointments are best scheduled several weeks in advance. Model photography and smaller assignments work best on Saturdays, with booking times starting as early as 8am. Event photography is preferred on Fridays & Saturdays. Product photography can be scheduled with less than 24-hour notice.
Make a Deposit:
A deposit is required to book the date for shooting.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING. The date selected is final.
Work Out The Creative Details:
Whether you're a Chicago recording studio looking for promotional band photos, a new bride looking for a wedding photographer, a fresh face seeking a modeling job in Chicago, or a group in need of family reunion photos, Mike White can add the right flair to your project. Once the shoot is booked, please allow time to work out arrangements for stylists (hair, makeup, wardrobe etc). Mike White is an experienced Art Director with many years of marketing and branding experience, and will create a custom creative solution for the best presentation of your work. Mike will work with you to be prepared, and discuss creative directions in more detail.
Terms of Service & Rights:
Payments:
Payment of studio time must be PAID IN FULL on the day of your shoot, or prior.
Additional retouching and post-production must be paid upon invoice.
Payment to Stylists is on their terms, and usually on the day of shoot.
Usage Rights:
PORTFOLIOS / COMPS: Mike White retains full reproduction rights to images.
COMMERCIAL: Mike White retains rights as specified by the client/photographer agreement.
PRIVATE / COMMISSION SHOOTS: All terms must be agreed upon booking your shoot.

Talent & Stylists:
All staffing is the client's responsibility. Mike White, upon request, will supply or recommend talent & stylists to meet a client's needs: (assistants, models, makeup, or hair stylists). Mike White does not employ, nor is responsible for the performance of any individuals. Clients are welcomed to use their own talent or stylists for the shoot.
