There's always questions, so let's discuss your shoot. For starts, you can call and introduce yourself. Even better, email me the following and then let's talk: Reference photos, links to your site, what the photos will be used for, and what style you're interested in.
Appointments are best scheduled several weeks in advance. Model photography and smaller assignments work best on Saturdays, with booking times starting as early as 9am. Event photography is preferred on Fridays & Saturdays. Product photography can be scheduled with less than 24-hour notice.
Make a Deposit:
A deposit is required to book the date for shooting.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING. The date selected is final. You may not cancel or reschedule within one (1) week of your shoot
without losing your deposit.
Work Out The Creative Details:
Once the shoot is booked, please allow time to work out arrangements for stylists (hair, makeup, wardrobe etc). Mike White will work with you to be prepared, and discuss creative directions in more detail.
Payment of studio time must be paid IN FULL on the day of your shoot, or prior.
No images will be delivered until payment is received for the shoot. Additional retouching and post-production must be paid within 30 days of invoice. Stylists must be paid in full on the day of shoot.
PORTFOLIOS / COMPS: Mike White retains full reproduction rights to images.
COMMERCIAL: Mike White retains SHARED reproduction rights of the client.
COMMISSION SHOOTS: All terms must be agreed upon booking your shoot.

All staffing is the client's responsibility. Mike White, upon request, will supply or recommend talent & stylists to meet a client's needs: (assistants, models, makeup, or hair stylists). Mike White does not employ, nor is responsible for the performance of any individuals. Clients are welcomed to use their own talent or stylists for the shoot.
